Leadworx roof outlets are designed to allow easy drainage of water from flat roofs, balconies and shallow pitch roofs as required. They are made from Code 4 sheet lead milled to British Standard BS EN 12588.
Leadworx flat roof outlets are designed to allow easy drainage of water from flat roofs, balconies and shallow pitch roofs as required.
These flat roof outlets allow the easy flow of water into standard drain down pipes. They come in a range of sizes, the spigot diameters are external measurements, with a spigot length of 200mm. This allows the spigot to pass through the roof into the down pipe without the need to cut into ceiling boards and soffits accurately to create neat joints and allows for on-site trimming.
All of our lead flashing’s are made in Cornwall, Great Britain from 100% recycled Code 4 sheet lead milled to British Standard BS EN 12588
